The Hybrid Mini Kilt compresses the LEDUC kilt construction into a sharper, shorter silhouette. Built as a mini version of the original Hybrid Kilt Skirt, the piece combines tailoring, uniform codes and raw asymmetry into a genderless garment designed to sit between skirt, kilt and reconstructed suiting.
The construction features pleated panels at the front, side and back, mixing different black tailoring fabrics to create contrast in texture, weight and movement. Each panel interrupts the next, giving the skirt a fragmented, rebuilt structure rather than a traditional clean finish.
At the waist, a black leather belt sits over the waistband, allowing the piece to be adjusted across sizes and worn higher or lower on the body. The belt adds weight, tension and a stricter line to the softness of the pleats.
Finished with internal tailoring details and made-to-order construction, the piece carries the LEDUC language of corrupted tailoring, exposed function and genderless dressing.
