We hope you are delighted with your PAOLO LEDUC purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Please note: Clients are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, including for size changes or other non-fault-related reasons.
Return Guidelines
º Items must be returned unused, in pristine condition, and with all original packaging intact.
º Please ensure the item is securely packed so that the original packaging remains undamaged.
º Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Important Information
º Returns received after the 14-day window will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
º The sender bears all costs and risks associated with the return, including potential loss, theft, or damage during transit. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 2–5 business days. You will automatically receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
